Great egret (Ardea alba)
Great Egret bird is a large (90-102) size egret of indian subcontinent countries.They hunt in classic heron fashion, standing immobile or wading through wetlands to capture fish with a deadly jab of their yellow bill.
Habitat
Near any water body, occurring along streams, lakes, in saltwater and freshwater marshes, muddy areas and ponds.
Diet
Amphibians,fish, reptiles, mice, and other small animals.
Range
Bangladesh,India,Nepal,Bhutan,Pakistan and Sri Lanka
