Blue rock thrush (Monticola solitarius)

Blue Rock Thrush (Monticola solitarius) are members of the thrush family.adult male in summer has deep blue plumage overall, darker and browner on wings and tail.The female is not colourful like the male is, as it is dark brown in colour.Length: 7.9 - 9 inches (20 - 23 cm) 

Habitat

Rocky slopes and rocky areas.

Diet

Insects, lizards, fruits and berries.

Range

Bangladesh,India,Bhutan,Pakistan,Nepal and Sri Lanka
