The Black-winged Stilt is a large black and white wader with long orange-red legs and a straight black bill.They have the longest legs in relation to their body of any bird in the world. Plumage is very variable and head markings can differ enormously, but they invariably have black wings.black winged stilt is a  common bird of Indian subcontinent. summer visitor of Pakistan. India and Sri Lanka; widespread winter visitor.

Diet 

Black-winged Stilts feed mainly insects, crustaceans.
